The verified seal
The stamp of a sealed record: RENTAL VAULT over the crown, VERIFIED RECORD along the base, the monogram at centre — one ink, ring text set glyph-by-glyph as pure curves. It appears the moment a record seals, and nowhere else.
The rule
The seal is earned — it marks sealed records, nothing else.
